The proceeds from this event will stay in Mineral County and are to make our community better. Last years proceeds went to the local 4-H Club Livestock group to help with building a new Livestock barn.

We are working in conjunction with Mineral County Rec Club and many great sponsors. All sponsorships and donations are tax deductible.

We’re a little up in the air right now as far as how the tournament will go this year. We want more people to attend the tournament – with that we want to open it up for better players to come and play but also give beginners the chance as well. Discussions have been centered around the 4 rounds will be for everybody to get seeding and then take the top 10 (or use some restriction) into a competitive bracket.

Currently anticipating 40 teams – cash prizes are determined by # of teams with 50% of registrations to payout plus 50% of the sponsorships. 4 Rounds of seeding play with a 32 team double elimination tournament to crown the champion. Minimum 4 games guaranteed. Ranking will use win / loss record and then points to determine ranking. If we have less than 32 teams we’ll bring all back for the double elimination bracket.

$50 / 2 person team. Bring your personal boards as we may need to use them to fill in – depending on team registrations.

Due to the distance between boards and length of each match, we would like to keep the minimum age to 8 years of age.

The tournament is setup and is available for pre-registration on Scoreholio.

We will have bags available to throw for each court, but you can also use your own bags if they are within tolerances of ACA/ACL guidelines.

Public is welcome free of charge. Music played during event. Feel free to BYOB.

Anticipating the event to be complete between 5 and 6 PM which includes a blind draw tournament for those that want to stick around at $20 / person.

We will payout 1 place for each 10 teams.

This is a Rain or Shine Event.

Rules of Cornhole – google it up.

Bag spin will determine lane choice or who goes first. Direction of seam determines winner. Players on same team will face each other – winner of toss will choose which side they want (East or West) or if they want to throw first. As long as both teams agree how to choose who goes first it doesn’t matter.

Match length of 20 minutes. At 20 minutes, remaining bags will be thrown to finish out the inning and high score will win, except in the championship matches. If, at that time, there is a tie – the tie will be broken by 1 bag toss from each team. Teams can choose their thrower and the bag will be thrown from their pitching locations they started the game with.

Games will be scored to 21, or over, and will be complete when the score of 21, or over, is reached in either the top or the bottom of the inning. Total score will be reported and used for ranking – maximum score of 32 in the Rounders.

Event Sponsor – $1000 – 2 team registrations, Logo on all marketing materials, mentioned on Website, Social Media, and throughout Event.

Tier 1 Sponsor – $500 – 1 team registration, Logo on all marketing materials, mentioned on Website, Social Media and throughout Event.

Tier 2 Sponsor – $200 – Logos placed on single lane for the duration of the tournament. Name on all marketing materials, mentioned on Website, Social Media and during tournament play.

General Donations: If you do not wish to sponsor but still want to contribute, we will accept any and all contributions to the event, and your gratitude is greatly appreciated.
