Philosophy

Our philosophy on home construction is pretty simple. We are in the business of building homes. Whether it's a budget conscious home or the highest end home, we must meet the differing needs of our clients or we get left behind. Because of this we try and keep an open book mentality which allows us to remain flexible with our clients and meet all their needs.

Experience

Rich Milender, President of WIT Construction, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Rich has worked for one of the top 20 international commercial general contractors, gaining much experience from them in regards to quality control, safety, and subcontractor management. He has built residential projects from 500 sf to a 22,000 sf home for the CEO of abovementioned contractor. Rich has also worked for several other Montana home builders from Bozeman, MT to Superior, MT. His experiences have given him an appreciation for the natural environment and the differing needs of people.
